How to Pull a Job Posting Summary Report

You can easily track the activity on your job postings through the Job Posting Summary Report. The Job Posting Summary Report displays the Month, Year, Title, Reference Number (if applicable), the date the job was posted, the expiration date, the number of views, and the number of applications for each job posting per month during the time period selected.
To run a Job Posting Summary Report, select the ‘Job Posting Summary Report’ tab on the toolbar at the top of the page. You can select the Date Interval for the Past Month, Past 3 Months, Past 6 Months, or Past Year. You can adjust the dates for the report by using the calendars at the top of the page. If no date interval is selected, the current month will be automatically displayed. The Job Posting Summary Report will automatically include jobs posting by all users, however, you can select to run this report for a specific user.
To view the monthly job posting data, click the “View Monthly Report” check box below the Date Interval field, then select “Go”. You can even export this report into Microsoft Excel by clicking the green “Export To Excel” link to the right of the “View Monthly Report” check box.
