How to Pull an Activity Report

The Account tab, which can be found by clicking ‘Account’ on the top toolbar, is where you can find information about your Job Posting License and your Resume Search License. You can also track activity by using the “Your Recent Activity” feature. “Your Recent Activity” will track such things as number of jobs you posted, searches you performed, and profiles you viewed. To view the activity for all users on your account, click the green “View activity for all users” link located below your recent activity.
You can select the Timeframe for the Past 7 Days, Past 2 Weeks, Past Month, Past 3 Months, Past 6 Months, or Past Year. To view the monthly job posting data, click the “View Monthly Report” check box below the Date Interval field, then select “Go”. You can even export this report into Microsoft Excel by clicking the green “Export To Excel” link to the right of the “View Monthly Report” check box.
